In order to demonstrate this, we consulted with our clients during 2010 about the way they want us to communicate with them. Resulting from this consultation, we have instigated a new communication system.
This new system commits us to issue regular updates to all personnel involved in a project at key milestones so that they always know how we are progressing in our investigations.
A recent on-line survey conducted for us showed that 86% of our clients said our communication was either Good or Excellent.
