Steve Letch joined RGS in January 2010 and is responsible for delivering the RGS ethos of first-class customer service and client experience.

Steve’s role includes the preparation of proposals and tender submissions; the initial agreement of site programmes and dealing with client queries.

He said, “Business development is about so much more than sales.  I believe, passionately, in the need to deliver excellent customer service as the main route to improving sales revenue and profitability. I have demonstrated the success of this principle on many occasions during my time at RGS.”

Steve’s career has seen him succeed in a variety of roles,  including working as the National Sales Operations Manager for the UK’s leading pre-cast paving producer.  He has also worked as a commercial manager for a bagged-aggregate producer and in management roles for Tarmac Mortar, the largest Mortar supplier in the UK.

In his spare time, he enjoys jogging and motorbikes.
